About me

I’m an Azul Conscious Movement Teacher and Dynamic Embodiment Somatic Movement Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I guide individuals through transformative movement, dance, and somatic re-patterning to unlock the body’s innate wisdom and support emotional healing.

My approach blends neurodevelopmental re-patterning, bodywork, Laban Movement Analysis, and other somatic modalities to foster physical and emotional well-being. I also weave in ancestral healing and shadow work, helping people release deeply held patterns that no longer serve them. I believe that conscious movement is a powerful gateway to creativity, self-expression, and authenticity.

Originally from Lithuania, my journey into somatic movement began after a physical injury changed how I understood healing. That experience led me to explore the deep connections between body, mind, and spirit. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of all ages—from children to elders—and have collaborated with organizations in Ireland supporting individuals facing chronic health conditions, addictions, and social,  economic challenges.

Azul Conscious Movement is a heart-centered, transformative, movement-based practice that supports emotional healing, self-discovery, and inner growth. Through guided movement meditation, you reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves, and awaken your natural vitality.

Through guided somatic movement in a safe and supportive environment, participants are encouraged to explore and release held patterns, restore balance, and access greater vitality and presence. Whether you’re new to movement or have an established practice, Azul offers a powerful path to deeper awareness and authentic connection.

Dynamic Embodiment invites you to come home to your body through the language of natural movement. Rooted in Body-Mind Centering, Laban Movement Analysis, and neurodevelopmental re-patterning, this practice supports deep healing by engaging all body systems—nervous, muscular, skeletal, and beyond. Through movement, therapeutic touch, and mindful dialogue, we explore the inner landscape of the self, releasing held patterns and reconnecting to wholeness.

This transformative work balances energy, enhances body awareness, nurtures emotional wellness, and supports fluidity, flexibility, and authentic self-expression. It deepens your relationship to yourself and others, guiding you into a more embodied, connected, and present way of being. Available in both individual and group sessions.

Through gentle movement, skilled touch/body work, and honest dialogue, we explore what’s alive within—listening to the stories your body holds.
