About me

I’m an Azul Conscious Movement Teacher and Dynamic Embodiment Somatic Movement Therapist with over 10 years of experience. I guide individuals through transformative movement, dance, and somatic re-patterning to unlock the body’s innate wisdom and support emotional healing.

My approach weaves together movement, touch, and deep listening — drawing from neurodevelopmental re-patterning, bodywork, Laban Movement Analysis, and somatic healing traditions.
I believe healing happens when we meet the shadows we carry, honour our ancestral roots, and gently release what no longer serves.
Through conscious movement, we return to the body, awaken creativity, and remember the truth of who we are.

Originally from Lithuania, movement has been my language since childhood.
Life’s challenges—physical, emotional, and spiritual—led me to the path of somatic healing and conscious dance.
For over a decade, I’ve walked beside people of all ages, supporting transformation through the body, and working with communities facing illness, addiction, and adversity.
Movement showed me the way home—to myself, and to deeper connection with others.

Dynamic Embodiment Somatic movement therapy

Dynamic Embodiment invites you to come home to your body. Through gentle movement, skilled touch/body work, and honest dialogue, we explore what’s alive within—listening to the stories your body holds. This practice supports emotional release, deep healing, and a return to balance. Offered in both individual and group sessions, it’s a space to feel, express, and reconnect—at your own pace, in your own way.
